Acc Deleted?

Hey guys, im thinking about playing on this server again, i started in like 2008 and left last year, unfortunately everytime i try to log in (WEB and Armory), it says "Account doesnt exists" (Wont show like that anymore because i created an acc like 1 hour ago with my "old" account info, that means my acc was not there anymore)

Also my characters (6 donors) aren't there anymore, can't find them in the armory but i can find people i used to play with.

Thing is was my acc deleted?

If my acc was deleted, would i get my donors back :P, i still have the e-mails i got when i donated and that stuff (I dont want u guys think im a greedy bastard, i just wouldnt like to lose my old characters)

I havent downloaded the game yet (Currently at 75%) so i havent even tried to log IN-GAME, but ive tried by web and armory and cant find my characeters/acc.

Your account was probably deleted due to inactivity in a clean up. Those happen every now and then.

Okay so, can i get my donors back if i still have the codes/emails?

Unfortunately due to the age and logging we don't refund characters that become deleted by any means I'm afraid. Sorry :(

Sigh... well, to be honest i disagree, i didnt do anything to get my acc deleted except i left for a while.
I know im one into a bunch of donors but those are my characters

i saw some guy today saying "i just came back from 2 year old break" that means his acc wasnt deleted.

i dont want "refund" i just want my characters and account back, at least for the characters i paid.


last thing, i know its your rules guys, but if you are doing cleanups, why doing it in accounts with more than 6 donors/ 3 years old and about one inactive? i guess we all have 30$ bucks in our pockets but im sure lots of people creates random accounts every single day, play once then never play again.

They didnt "pick" yours, just accounts being inactive for x amounts of months got deleted, don't take it personal.

Yes.. We don't go through thousands and thousands of accounts one by one just to check which ones are donated.
