Hi there, Since when people can use flasks and elixirs in arena ?

Once you get Fel Strength Elixir you can't get rid of it by right clicking it, you have to wait until it fades. I've had that bug happen to me too where potions stay on me in arena. He might be abusing it.

Unintentional isn't considered abuse. If this player was continuing to do this, then yes, it would be.
