So a lot of the Wrath development has slowed down for website development and simply due to time constraints. However, when I do find time I tend to login, run around look at work I've already done and then end up logging out. While I usually am pretty good with pursuing ideas in terms of design, because this concept is so new to me and servers in general I tend to get lost or stuck trying to decide if it is the best opinion, method, etc. and if other people would like it.
So I want to do a sort of pre-beta polling. The only way to really accomplish this is to record a video and give you a tour of what has been done thus-far. It's not TOO much so don't expect a lot but you'll get an idea of how things are, and where things are going.
At the end of watching the video you can go to the URL I'll provide and fill out a poll/survey asking a lot of questions about stuff you saw in the video which will help direct my design so I can know what to do when I continue working. I feel like this will be best for everyone including myself.
I only want a couple of people, no more than 10 probably who'd like to help out with this. I'd also strongly prefer you be a well-known player and not random. The reason being so I can know who you are and contact you better. If I get a bunch of random people who it's their first day on SF... we'll get no where. So please, only sign up if you've played here a good while and that I probably would recognize your name and have talked with you before.
So let me make a small list of requirements beforehand:
- You absolutely must be able to understand spoken English and read and write it. The data collection will be pointless if there are communication problems.
- You must be willing to take the time to submit valuable and truthful feedback; not short, simple answers to our questions.
- You must be an active player on Smolderforge and have been here for at least several months.
