Players refusing to cap flags in WSG
The player Demantoid (BE pala) takes the flag and then refuses to cap it, I would suggest in somehow make it possible to votekick people from the BG if they activly try to ruin the game

it was like this for a long time l2 get use to it or kill him.

A vote to kick feature would have to be programmed by Blizzard, not us. This is wrongful gameplay however there's not much we can do about it at this point.
A suggestion though: Use a Paladin to cast Blessing of Protection on him, it will force-eject the flag and allow the Paladin to take it. ;)
