Vengeful Rogue Chest Bugged

It Seems that the Season 3 Chest for rogues is bugged, with the same exact enchants and gems it's giving less Crit and Damage then my season 2 chest, i spoke to tezz about the matter and he seems to be in the process of finding out why it's doing that, just posting to report it and to see if any other rogues are having the same problem.

We probably just need to reboot. Items stats are what power the effects, only a mis-entry of a stat could cause it. But there is one other, which is need to reboot. The server can preform a few to many unhandled OP codes which can generate unexpected protocols and block stuff from happening.

I'll go ahead and reboot to clear all the cache data.
