Missing Objects in Silithus

I'm cutting the BS for this one and I'm just going to give you the missing objects.

The above go at the three twilight cultist camps, and are used for summoning Outdoor Raid Bosses that drop epic loots for quests. (Actually they drop greens, blues and epics respectively)

(http://www.wowhead.com/object=181598) There are like 200 of therse, I don't know if you simply click a restore button to fix these things or if you have to re-make them, I don't know how that works, but if you need the Coords they're on a map in the link. The silithyst extractor is also missing, but I could not find a link to it. There is one at the horde camp and one at the alliance camp (well, they're supposted to be)

Also, while a lot of the objects in silithus aren't listed by this filter, so it doesn't get them, I thought this might be useful (http://www.wowhead.com/zone=1377/silithus#objects).

Restored even though I know they won't work as I had to program them myself for Pre-TBC. Don't expect many Pre-TBC content to work.
