Yes, I'm aware the Illidari Tabard is available at the mall, but the quest to get it, The Battle of Crimson Watch, is AMAZINGLY fun. And that's why we play WoW, to have fun :P

Missing object.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)

How can you reproduce it?
Kill [http://www.wowhead.com/npc=21979], loot and get [http://www.wowhead.com/item=31345. Go to the point where you're supposed to turn it in.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
There should be [http://www.wowhead.com/object=185126], Which should have a NPC encased in side of it. You can turn in the quest [http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10793] and receive the next one [http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10781]
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
The Crystal Prison is not present. You cannot turn in the quest and you cannot receive the next one.
