Yes.
How can you reproduce it?
Accept the quest, and travel to points:
Chapter 1: 58.6, 89.2
Chapter 2: 57.6, 89.6
Chapter 3: 58.8, 88.0
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
There should be a clickable object that gives you the items needed for the quest.

The objects are not present.
