Purchased the wrong item. I've had a ticket open for a few days now without a response from a GM. When is the best time of day/week to get in contact with one?

We've been pretty behind on getting caught up with tickets since I've been back, we literally had hundreds. Just today did we actually finish them all, so your ticket may have been serviced.
If not, you might not have provided enough information. For example, I did respond to one ticket today asking the players to please state the name of the item so I could refund it when he was offline.

Ah, I figured there was a large build up of tickets or something. I stayed on as long as I could, but eventually I had to log before my mine was serviced. I'll try again with the items in question listed in the ticket.
