Account Manager glitched/broken?

Whenever i try to change my password with the account manager , being my ingame account and not my forum account , it does say it HAS been changed, but no effect are the results of these actions, nothing happens with my password, please help?

Typically when you did something or we did something with caps it screws up the ability to change your password correctly. Since all accounts are stored in uppercase and the passwords are encrypted ACCOUNT,password it makes it difficult for it to correctly change sometimes.

Have you tried the in-game command to change the password yet? You would have better luck there.
