Deep wounds

On another server I play on deep wounds proccs on ranged hits as well, is that a bugg or is it a bugg here that it does not?

While I cannot confirm 100% all the reports I've read of it attacking ranged have been from patch 3.0.2 and up. So this is possible it was changed in Wrath.

I can confirm that it isn't supposed to proc off ranged hits in TBC.
