Water Shield

I dunno if this has already beenn reported, but Water shield only has one charge. kinda annoying to have to spam water shield to ge mana back up as a shammy :p

This spell isn't bugged, the charge display thing is, same with innerfire and such. If you use watershield, it'll show up as it was the only charge, but when something hits you, the "2" will appear on it.
