Donation went wrong. (Billed way too much)

Hey, not sure if this is the right place to write but im on my mobile, in a diffrent country on vocation with limited internet so I dont have time to search for the appropriate place and I couldnt find any "support".

My problem is that I donated 5$ for donation mall ACCSES which I got, but today I noticed I got billed 70 euro. I dont know how or why but would appreciate if we could fix this. My account name is Leandoer, my email is [email protected]

No clue at all how you managed that since we don't have anything remotely that high in cost. However, we do not handle payments at all, just get notified when one comes through to handle donation codes. Paymentwall is the payment handler so you will need to contact them regarding this issue since we have nothing to do with processing of payments.

Thats the wierd part, its also not like I got stuff for 70$ I just got billed that much. But okay, ill contact them but how and what should i write? Would appriciate any kind of help

I dont really know what to write to them, should i just say i got billed 70$ instead of 5$ when i donated to "smolderforge"? Or something along those lines.. and will that work? Like will they accept that?

Also btw -- i donated with my phone if that changes anything
