Character Restauration doesn't work

Hi there,

sorry for opening a new topic but its kind of serious for meh
Stopped playin WoW like 1,5 years (i guess) ago and decided to delete all my chars

Ilinai -BE Pala
November - BE Priest
Biglebowski - Tr Shaman
Kitsuné - H Warrior
Poppin - NE Hunt
Pups - G Mage
Peepz - G Lock
Theophilus - G Rog

Now i wanted to come back to join & enjoy the community again, saw the incredible thingi that there is a new possibility to get back old deleted chars, but guess it wont work with my acc.
Cant see or restore any chars at all.
Also saw, that some names - November, Poppin are taken by other Ppl, so would be np to rename them or smt like that.
I always supported SF, so if there is any possibility to get my old chars back, im fine for payin' the price it needs.
if there are any other info's u need, like acc name or old ss, just tell me!

Henhouse has got old DBs and might be able to restore your characters. Please contact him by email at [email protected].

Just to also respond to this: deleted characters are unfortunately not saved forever. It would be a tremendous amount of unused space if we did so. They are only held for 180 days (half a year). Only in November did we roll out the website feature for character restoration, and prior to that deleted characters were only saved for 2 months, so we haven't even hit 6 months on some characters yet since not enough time has passed.

As Oldsalt said, send me an email with the information you provided in this post, along with any account name associated, donation codes, etc. and I should be able to find a restore point for them potentially in some of our backups.

Sorry for the delay, I have been quite busy and old account restoration is a pretty low-priority thing since it takes quite a while to investigate and perform manual restores on this data. I apologize for the delay, but I will eventually get around to it.
