Vote Points Reset?

Have account Vote Points been reset? Had quite a large number and was saving up for new mall changes, logged in and account shows 0 Vote points.

Seems like he stripped around 250 vote Points from all accounts, cause I still have 200 ( had around 450).

must be something else as I had 490 and now shows 0
