Race change

I'm afraid to leave the donor mall because i race changed on my donor character to alliance. Can anyone assist?

That won't affect donorship, you should be fine.

You can get some plastic surgery done, it costs between 5-15 grand. That way you can keep your character in the donor mall and no one would know the difference. If you don't feel like spending that much on surgery, you can always just pay 5 bucks for another donation.
