How can I donate for the rogue Tier 6 belt and wrist? I cannot find a way.

My title says it all, is there a way for me to donate to get the rogue t6 wrist and belt? they are missing at the vendor. I cannot find a way.

they've been removed, noone can get them.

^ T6 bracers/belts/boots are from SWP (either twins or fat drakes).
