Charged Donor Code Not Recieved

I have purchased multiple codes from you guys. Recently I was double charged, had to call the bank to correct it, and now I am being charged without receiving the item I purchased "[Heart of the Pit]". I would rather get the code I paid for instead of having to deal with the bank this time around.

I also purchased "Sunflare" and received it; I'm starting to think I was double charged for "Sunflare" and the payment for "Heart of the Pit" didn't go through.

I'll reply to your email when I can (not able to assist with donation issues at the moment because I am not at home), but as for your issue: our website states it can take a few hours to a few days depending on which method you used to donate. Additionally, Paymentwall can sometimes delay the process to scene transactions for fraud prevention, etc.

Calling the bank to have them reverse a transaction was not the best way to handle this. Accidental purchases can be refunded by me, or Paymentwall. Having your bank reverse the transaction will likely get you banned from Paymentwall and flagged for fraudulent actions. :/

I apologize for that, I really had no idea as I am new to purchasing/donating online. The bank didn't reverse the entire transaction, only what they assumed was a double charge.

Hey so I'm 99% sure it has nothing to do with a delay in processing considering I've used the same method multiple times and two of the last 3 transactions have double charged my card. Can I just get a item code for the off hand I wanted and call it a day?
