As of right now, I have finally caught up with all emails. If you have not received a response from me, but had been waiting I must never have received your mail, and you should follow up again at [email protected].

- Restore Characters

- Recover deleted or scammed accounts
( Send proof that you're the owner of that account. Like pictures, donation emails etc.. )

- Donation related questions.
( Like I've donated for this item but I never got a code)

- If you don't know how to donate.

If you want to email Xios ( I will answer a lot faster, since I have more free time)

- Unban appeal.
( You've been banned and you want to get unbanned)

- Questions about Smolderforge.( You can also email Henhouse about this)

- Refunds of an item.
( You could also make a ticket, since we do refunds in-Game)

- Reports about GMs & players in our community.( If it's about me you can email Henhouse)

- And anything else that you can think off. ( You can also email Henhouse about this)
