Yesterday on the 12th of July 2012 you were in an Warsong Gulch with your guild Passion. It was around 11.30 PM that I showed up because things
were getting out of the hand. You had already captured 2 flags for around 10-15 minutes and you refused to capture the last flag even after I asked
you polite to capture it. Instead you just stood in the middle of the Warsong Gulch with 9 people around you while you farmed a lot of Honorable kills.
Since you broke like 3 rules yesterday you got an suspention for 3 days (72 hours).
1. You were graveyard farming again, just in an other way now.
2. You insulted me.
3. You attempted to disclose my identity in that battleground and the LookingForGroup chat.
You are not superior or VIP on this server and if you think that you can just break every rule that Henhouse made here then you are TOTALLY WRONG.
You are a normal player and equal to ANYONE else on this server these rules go up for every player on the server and if ANYONE breaks them they deserve a penalty.
It's PROHIBITED to farm Honorable kills on the graveyard, it's PROHIBITED to insult GM's and it's PROHIBITED to disclose an GM's identity.
I recommend you to read the rules on our website again and then try to follow them next time.

Actually Konar helps a lot, and I've seen him answer tickets before. I admire your confidence in your proof, but listen, If you are going to try to tell me that you know more about what goes on than me then I highly doubt it. You have clearly ignored factual evidence in this thread so at this point even if we gave you a video of your guild GY farming and not capping the flag you would still probably deny it. You don't know when to quit and you will never accept responsibility for your actions. You continue to spew that FAK has broken many rules and yet you fail to realize that it does not excuse you for your mistakes. Even if FAK has done something ban worthy you seem to feel that It allows you a get out of jail free pass? That's not how this works. You will suffer the consequences for your actions. Henhouse has already stated that he feels the actions taken against you and your friends were fair. That's it. This confrontation is over. For your own good you should stop trying to fight this, not one thing you have said in this thread has won anybody over. If anything you have just been digging yourself a bigger hole.

Once again. We do not "defend" anyone. We do what we find right and fair to ANYONE when they are missbehaving or breaking the rules. We do NEVER make exceptions for ANYONE. I think that you and everybody else need to understand that. Since FAK have posted Screenshots that proves his point and you have not, your ban is merited. Unless you post any proof that says the opposite, the ban will stay. Nothing will be done untill we get proof.

You speak about video of gy farming, about premade when it's almost end of wsg and chance even to have 1 more passion member in my bg is so low i have 3 more . It's not a premade. It can't be when even group queue is not allowed. I speak only for facts and reason for my ban--> I don't see gy farming and pretty sure and swear that i never insult GM ... Nosh not and you... :( How to proofe that i'm not farming gy when fak don't post SS of farming. (just flag carrier in middle). How to proof that i insult GM when i never do it.(again no SS from FAK).
