Why does this matter? About 4 people care about their HK count (that I'm aware of) and the problem with GY farming in BGs is that new people get pissed and quit, not that people are getting HKs. So why is this bannable? And why don't I see anybody ever getting banned when GY farming is happening. EVER.

It would be really naive to think that only 4 people care about their HK.
To prove you wrong just look at the LFG channel when Ezatt is starting to talk, in 1-2 minutes we can see a huge part of the players who care about their HK.
