He could always just change ISP. That would give him a different IP address, which should allow him to do just that. Get a new email, stay under the radar, /profit.
I don't see why he's putting up such a front on one account, when for less than a meal at Apple Bee's, you can remake what was lost. He always brags on how much he donated, what's another 5 or 10 bucks?

I didn't even IP ban him so he could re-roll. I suppose it's the sadness of losing all
the progress that has affected him.
