Keep it the way it is, instead WORK on the DROP RATES in SC of carapace and sunfire recipes, and change this THING when u do a nice quick run of 50 mins SC and u GET 1 freaking item! (especially when it is a pvp neck....)

I think if it has the potential to be used at 70 then why not add it. There are plenty of way more useless items on the vendors like level 60 rings and necks which have no transmog uses. I know you could potentially farm this card but it's asinine to expect that of people. To those 2 whole people that have it... find some other way to make yourself feel like a unique snowflake.
