The only pay method at the moment is Paypal, soon there will be looked for options as: Google Checkout. As for now Paypal is the only method.

Sigh... You could always do these following steps.
-make account
-click add money
-click money transaction
- use there billing number
-add the code that they include in the notices of your billing form
(this is your acc code if you dont add this ypu will bot receive the money
- wait the alloted time (usually 4-6 days)
-spend a away as you like

And you didnt even need a card. Just fill out a transaction/billing/whatever you use to transfer
Money to bank accounts.
