Actually f.bolt works bad and its why his bugged at BoF or else movement effects.Normal on retail f.bolt works like:at the time of release it from the hands of he makes slow effect, than when f.bolt lands on target it was damage actually. Here is like in the same moment @ landings f.bolt on target you take slow and damage.Normal is little chance to have slow on CoS/BoF etc cause if you make it after half way you dont have special working spells to make you immune/resisted,its working only on basic spell resist.
Thank you for addressing this problem. It doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're fighting a skilled mage every second of freedom counts. Being able to wait until the last moment to use it gives them less time to spellsteal it and can be the difference between getting one last hit on your opponent and winning the duel or losing.
Much love.

This and the spell reflect seduction should be fixed shortly, thanks for the reports.
Just check it on DoSpellHitOnUnit wich is the last onhit check.
Also the same goes for -dmg aura's wich should be checkd on spellhit rather than on spellcast.
We actually do have that commit. The issue is proving difficult to test.

I think that is the problem. Spells are indeed checked on spellhit. It would seem that when the spell-hit calculation is being done just after BOF has been cast, but not applied, and hence no immunity aura is active.
And then a gap is appearing, because BOF is clearing all active slows, but the frostbolt slow is slightly delayed and has not been applied.
I remember having issues like this on retail. Often I would cloak just after a polymorph had been cast, yet my rogue would get sheeped while COS was still active. I remember this happening quite often.
