There is no bug with maim dude.
I've got 4 ferals, my pal as well and we never saw this, are you sure ir isn't just DR?

I'm positive it isn't DR, that was my first rationalization.
Trust me man I've tried and thought of just about everything, but it's happening exactly as I said. Maim goes off, you can see and hear it, goes on CD and registers in the combat log, but does not incapacitate the target and no follow up damage occurred that could of broken it. The target continues to move freely as if nothing had hit it.
