I would try to help you and have a psychologist take a look at your case but first you have to admit to yourself that you have a problem (or several problems) and then you have to be willing to change and accept help, because if you won't talk to the doctors they cannot make an accurate diagnosis.

Wauh, I have to admit this @Wamboye has lots of acknowledge of mental problems. Also, I've learnt a lot by reading about it and made me question if we are just too stupid not to realise we are all a bit retarded at some point.
