Remove Noggenfogger elixir

Since i play on this server the noggenfogger is a huge advantage for kiter who just spam one bind while they stay hide in the zerg train. Donors can just use this elixir everytime its too much.

The server mentality as change with swp remove, FaP or ward CDS, and soon with limited mats profs.
So why we cant remove this shit or put a cd on it ?

Just remove the shrinking and falling part and leave the skeleton one.

meh the problem is not the noggenfogger but the stupidity of randoms. if you focus the tauren warrior who has 15k hp and 10 hots on him while there's 3 druids behind of him there's no helping you and that's how most randoms on sf play. the players who spam noggenfogger are wearing pve gear most of the time and it takes very little effort to kill a noob with 8k hp who can only spam 1-3 buttons. as for healers or any other player using it - seriously I see enough dwarf palas/priests or even normal sized human healers who die LAST during zerging. we kill everything around them and let them freecast (sometimes we actually cc) until we kill them. so yeah you can't solve this shit.

size matters - I know for sure.
if you play tauren you see the difference between using shrinking consumeables and playing normally
however if you play against players who happen to have a brain there's very little to no difference at all.
if I play with players who have a brain then the warrior with 10 hots on him dies after the healers and the 7-8k hp pve gnomes die first. if I don't play with players who have a brain I don't care at all about what they do.

No it's not a problem when their healers are smaller than a cockroach, everything is fine you guys just have to zoom at max, get it randoms?

Exactly what I thought. You never faced these passion members pve casters, shrinked at the maximum possibility that you can't even auto because they have modems from 1998 on their very modern countries. Seriously it's not allowed to have 2k or more ms of latency in 2016.

So just step your foot away from these serious threads of my pal Houm.
Remove these shrinking effects, I believe in you @Henhouse you always do good summer updates.

You must be against them as a melee to notice the latency. Sure you can spam your heals or cast on them as far as they stay in range.
It has nothing to do with zergs or getting rekt, it's just cancerous.

Oh, and I don't give a damn about the guilds you mentionned. I chose to say pve casters for a reason.

How about we remove use of all quest items outside their quest areas, hmm? How many people are tired of that hell boar quest item spam by now, thanks the steelballs and others? Or seeing Alliance under the effect of a particular shrinking agent that has them the size of a flea, where is that? Blade's edge? That is a shrink, my friend. Nogginfogger... Sheesh.

Just remove the shrink from noggin, if you must, then leave it alone. Please and thank you. <3
By the way, any intention to do something about abusing the engineer teleports for that shrink as well? I mean, if we're considering one we should consider others, right? ;)
