Donor access disappeared

Hi there, I was just requesting assistance with 1 of my characters, I used a S4 donor code that I purchased and got to go to the mall once and geared up and everything but the next time I logged on it wasnt there, I really only need it so I can buy the Shadow spec gear but anyway the characters name is "Prieeast", I have donated on a few characters and love the server. I had made a ticket also but was informed that the forums would be a better place to recieve help. Thank you for your time

i have the same problem on my paladin, been waiting for 5 weeks now for a reply tho..
hope some1 will shed some light on this.
