Account restore

Hey today i came back to SF after 5 month not playing and i saw my account with 5 donors was deleted or inactive so i wanted to ask if i can an Account resore ? ofc i got the accname and password please help me out !

We can only restore characters up to 45 days after deletion. I can check if they're still within that time frame, but if not, I'm afraid there is nothing I can do.

I suggest changing your password if you're worried someone you gave account access to did this.

I believe he had his account deleted due to inactivity not just some chars, I thought that was a separate thing?

next time hit the preservation crystal :)

Yeah I have about 3 or 4 donors missing too from 2-3 years ago and I made a forum but no reply.. I've remade my account last year by accident and didn't know that there was a 45 day thing or anything so my characters are gone?

if u used the preservation crystal, like me, there is no 45 days deadline
