From what I know, it drops in Scarlet Citadel, just like the rest of the sunwell plateau items that are missing from the vendor at donor mall.

oh i see, i was wondering tho why dont you guys just have it so all the swp loot is in the donor mall and can also drop out of SC.


Im assuming your reply is going to be to motivate donors to do SC but my reply to my assumption of your reply would be there is still motivation to do sc as a donor for badges and to just have a good time, and if theyre a donor should they really need to do pve i mean yes im paying to help the server stay up but also to have the gear...just my two cents l8er

You're right. Our intentions are to motivate more people (donors) do SC more often.

Also, we do not sell gear, the gear you get is just simply a reward for donating.

We have found, that giving donors everything they desire leads to them becoming overly bored. Just like you would become in retail if you have everything in the game. We are trying to prevent this so we keep several things, mostly PvE away from donors.
