healing grace is bugged, it doesn't prevent earth shield from being dispelled at all and this makes resto shamans worthless in arena fix please

Fix the spell/melee hit talent in the restoration tree too. Lord knows that's broken too.

And for the racial you have to change groups in order for it to be enabled

Healing Grace will now affect Earth Shield.
