Hey this account was hacked by some dude who apparently doesnt speak any english, is there anything we can do about this?, i can tell u characters and everything thats on the account I know the username and all that, i have some screenshots too doesn't really help, but still a little clue. Don't you think that your account got deleted for inactivity, and this guy created a character with a same name ? That's still a possibility.
This player is stating that it's his account and his email.

Indeed, and since you're stating that he changed your password, that either means that you guys traded accounts a long time ago and he's being an ass recovering it from his own email (if you did not change it) or what Apu said.

Both ways it's your loss.
