Not everyone can donate because it's not possible in every country, and tier 6 is not nearly as good as swp. Everyone should get or nobody. SWP has nothing to do with s4 donations and should then be a separate donation.

I have to agree with the underlined section of your post. SWP has nothing to do with s4 and should be removed. Now, as far as EVERYONE having access to it? No. If anything, NOBODY should have it, with the exception of rings, an amulet and perhaps a cloak. wipe the rest, and enjoy the tears I say.

I agree with Resko farm BoJ then go to SC and you will have your gear eventualy
