I think this bug happens sometimes after you go out of an arena or a bg, when you were ridding a mount before going to the bg/arena and you were in stealth when you went out of the bg/arena.
Exactly the same with many mounts, we can get multiples mounts buffs and make a turtle get the speed of a 100% speed other mount.

Anyway it's not an important issue as a simple command to unstealth/dismount after an arena or a bg can resolve it.

You can get 100% turtle the same way. Join a bg/arena on a turtle > leave it on a 100% mount same way your stealthed'meta
