That is correct. We are not sure why, but target dummies remove the rage generated from the dealing damage component of attacking, therefore only rewarding ~6 rage per hit.

Get a stopwatch, start it and try to stop it exactly at 10:00 (seconds). That might give you some perspective on the lenght of a one-hundredth of a second.
Anyway, I can tell you with 100% centainty this so-called-bug of yours results from latency.

When the warrior charges at the same time as the enemy gives a debuff, no rage is gained from the charge, even though the warrior charge is "successful".

Our rage isn't generated on target dummies.
Edit: also don't know where to post this but the warrior class trinket isn't available rom the trinket vendor, while every other class can buy theirs.

Tuant and challenging shout are not working on pets.

Taunting pets does not work correctly.
I have tested on warlock, mage and hunter pets. The result is the same. When a pet in on passive Taunt, Mocking Blow and Challenging shout do not work. The animation shows up, the spell is active on the pet for the correct duration, Taunt and Mocking Blow put the Warrior in combat. but the pet does not attack. Basically I cannot force a pet to attack me when he is passive. When he is put on defensive Taunt and Mocking blow do work. But Challenging Shout does not. Again, same result - the spell is active on the pet, the animation shows up but the pet does not attack.
having the ability to gain aggro from pets without the hunter/mage/lock having a choice is essentially a free trinket when used correctly. Warriors are locked down extremely easily, with 1 trinket (plus escape artist and some other randoms) it has always been evident we lack the freedom to move as other classes do even though we are completely dependent on being in melee range. In arenas when facing pets of all kinds it can change the game completely around when I can utilize the ability to peel a pet off of my partner, drag it around a pillar and kill it.
Pet owners still do then have the ability that they always have to counteract the taunt once the spell duration is up by putting it back on passive and proceeding about his business.

1.Rage regeneration doesn't work good its too low . Same with skill Berserker Rage.
2.Auto attack after any skill used on focus doesn't work.
3.When warrior intervene for any physical attack icon of intervene should disappear.
4. Intimidating shout used on focus doesn't break with any damage at main targert. You can just kill on fear.
5.While you charge/intercept or intervene through grave on ruins you can fall in textures.
6. Taunt/Challenging Shout/Mocking blow doesn't works on player pets.
