The Fear and Horror ignore part of this curse is not working. It'd be kinda neat spell to use on Spell Reflect if it worked.

This curse has a lot of uses, it can be used to control a target that is already feared. (Raid use, anyone remembers?) It'd be a great fix to the warlock class if it worked.
