I'm gonna try to make it short. But ill go pretty hard on this.
27th february I donated for s4 gear.
I waited a few hours but the email never made it into my gmail inbox.
I checked the spam folder aswell as all emails but nothing.
I made a ticket ingame with the transfer ID. (I'm not gonna post it here for security reasons)
The GM told me that I had to contact [email protected]
and it could take up to a few days.
I'm now into my 5th day without nothing.
Something fun is that i'm not new with paypal, I have used it for years. And somehow my paypal acutally got locked the day after. I think it's for the best. Anyway, the transfer went as it did, it's billed and cash is windhrew from my bank account and I just want what I pay for, not strange at all.
At this moment I have a new ticket ingame up waiting for response but i'm posting a topic here just to see if the GMs are more active on the forums then the email.
I have the transfer ID and I can probably send a screenshot from my bank if needed. Contact me inbox here on the forum or post further instructions. Or the email linked to this forum account.

Cheers for your time and effort.

Re: Paypal donation
I am assuming you are the one that made the ticket that said I "take no responsibility as founder and owner of this server."
I'd like to thank you for your comment. It reminds me how when I work 13+ hours a day on Smolderforge, my time is well invested and clear to players that I do not care at all. If you even had an inkling into the amount of work that goes into running a server, keeping it on its feet, and then dealing with the massive amount of support requests we get and having to piece through them all, perhaps maybe you would then understand. But, it's always a nice reminder that my hard work is paid off in wonderful feedback such as the feedback you have given.
Firstly, this could have been avoided several different ways. The initial problem lies with the fact you mistyped your email address. You wrote "@gmaill" with two L's causing the email to, of course, fail to deliver. There's our first problem. Second problem, on the donation page, in a box above all the donations, it clearly reads:
Additionally, transaction IDs are unique to the user. So the only way I was able to find your donation was via your email address and luckily searched through and found the failure-to-send one to track it down.
So while we just took the long way around solving this entire problem, I guess it's safe to say I don't take responsibility for anything; therefore, by making a first attempt I will go into my email, break in the queue line and respond to your email now.

Since you made a ticket, this also slowed you down a bit. I receive many, many emails and since I do not like to drop everything I am doing the moment I get one to answer them, they are queued. I will go through emails every couple of days. 50% are transfers and 50% of the people transferring something didn't even give the appropriate information to look their donation up, which results in me reading this very long transfer email, and then having to write a response on how it's incomplete. If you do not receive this email check your spam folder. If the problem persists, please email GM at Smolderforge.com.
