There has been debate about whether Demonic Resilience works or not.
Without Demonic Resilience;
Rake DoT: 450
With Demonic Resilience;
Rake DoT: 381

Nice, I tested the 15% part a while ago and it worked. I have not had the chance to test the 3% crit chance reduction component yet, any haunch as to if it works or not?
