Which pretty much achieved as much as a screen door on a submarine. Little to no change of behavior from Passion (if anything, it degraded further; if that's possible.)
Honestly, the whole GY farming thing is pointless. Unless you want to babysit the children in every BG, they're going to do this. Why? Where else can you get HKs here? World PvP? Nope, a certain rogue from passion singlehandedly got that removed. So really, for all those kids which want GM/HWL (the large majority) they will amass it from the only avenue they have for doing such. Due to this, I don't ever see GY farming stop. Hell, it happens in Azshara crater STILL even though there are no HKs. Get used to it, because both factions do it, and it's here to stay.

Want that to change? Get more avenues for HKs and honor, because Arena (only a handful actually do.) and BGs is hardly sufficient.
