Yeah, as title suggest, the HH event does not work on the wotlk realm.
He gets summoned and does the whole laugh thing, but the NPC doesn't spawn/event doesn't work fully.

I didn't make the event for the Wrath realm. So, assumed he would be bugged.

Would take some work... A lot on your end tbh :/ and we all know you busted your ass to get Wotlk setup as it is.
But I'm afraid it's because of those unique features that it didn't do well.
The neutral dueling was a meh. people said the Dalaran mall was a bad idea, but I personally loved it.
It makes sense though, moving the mall to maybe Orgrimmar or whatever idk.
remove the FFA arena when the server starts up.
add the BG queue NPCs to start zones or the malls. because quite frankly our retarded community probably can't figure out how to queue without an NPC to do it for them. seriously, having the BG NPC in the FFA arena was a great idea, it was working, but it was implemented too late.
I think the donation system is perfect as is. Some people even pointed out to me that it was too cheap. I think it's perfect.
Vote system beyond perfect.
I dunno, I really think it was just the layout of the server. That or... Players just didn't like it, and I wouldn't be able to tell you why.

BG rotations instead of queuing for every bg seperatly.
Disable bugged arena areas and battlegrounds.
Relaunch Wrath in December or something with some new features.

I think the Wrath market is incredibly difficult to break into. The problem is the hardcore WOTLK arena players have AT and the casual pvpers/pvers do not really have any server. There were simply too many pve bugs to get groups into raiding.
If Wrath is to grow, I think you need to do something really really different.
Start of with patch 3.3.5A, but start with tier 7 content. Remove the overpowered donation gear. Donators should be able to get the best possible pve gear/ pvp gear but only unlock-able in the current tier of content.
By doing this SF Wrath would completely differentiate itself from the competition. We have to accept we will not crack the arena wrath market (I don't really know why though, how hard is it to make a server where the human racial is nerfed and no op ICC trinkets in pvp).
Also allow extra vanity items to be purcahced through pve and pvp + voting.
