Drunk: Male polaks are known to consume abnormally large daily quantities of alcohol (bought or home made). During their rare interludes of lucidity, they are on pain medication for hangovers. High alcohol consumption, with its negative impact on neurons, could also contribute to the stupidity aspect.

Small Phallus: Genetic evolution created males of the Homo Sapiens family one of the best endowed species. For reasons yet unknown to man, evolution of polish males did not follow the same pattern (slightly retarded), thus resulting in a slower phallic development."
