Installation:
Simply place patch-3.MPQ or patch-4.MPQ in your WoW Data folder. You can't have both placed.
Then download WoWModelEdit (WoWME) or ModelEditFix and place it in your World Of Warcraft main folder. Start wow with it,otherwise you'll get an error or a black screen.
If you don't like the patches just remove the .MPQ from your WoW Data folder,then you wont be needing WoWME or MEF and you can start wow again from WoW.exe!
