Hey, i downloaded a torrent that had regular wow install, TBC install, and the patches for TBC up to 2.4.3. I ran the installs and the patches but now when i go to play on the smolderforge patchlist it keeps wanting to run an update instead of go to character creation, help please?

Sounds like you're trying to start the game with launcher. Use wow.exe.

So by installing the Full client download i should just have to open up the short cut from the folder i get and just play? or do i have to do any of the patching manually?

everytime I download WoW i don't get the realmlist folder, does any1 have a clue what i should do?

There's no folder for the realmlist. In 2.4.3 the realmlist.wtf file should go into the man folder where WoW.exe is. All you have to do is create one yourself.

Open notepad, enter the realmlist and save as "realmlist.wtf"
