WHY I CANT CONNECT TO GAME ?

hello everyone this is Diocia !

so when i enter the game ( i wright in my acc name and pass) then it says CONNECTED and stays like that for about 1 min and after that it says ( DISCONECTED FROM SERVER) and i cant log in !

+ my internet runs normally and every thing should go, but why i cant connect ? can someone tell me ?

The server has crashed and they currently working on getting it back up from what I've been informed of.

but i see that there are about 50 ppl online ! so why can they connect ?

and does this server rly has only like 50 players online ? i thought it should have like 3000

This server has a pretty substantial community, over 50 by far from my experience with it. It should be up some time within the next hour, not really sure seeing as if I'm not a GM or associated with the developing staff at all.
