Bandage, eating and stealth bugs

Today new bugs emerged, I can bandage then eat, and both will work at the same time and eating doesn't brake stealth.

depends on how u do it. if u Eat first and go in stealth then it works
if u do it the otherway around it breaks stealth.

ya but besides its true you can do first aid then eat and drink w/o first aid breaking

I've noticed this as well, eating whilst already in stealth still didn't take me out of it.

As long as there is no punishment for this they will keep abusing it.
Here is a donor thinks hes not op enough and wants to abuse First aid with that op food to gain some advantage in pvp :

you can even cast channeling spells and eat at the same time
