When making the project set the res to 1280x720, its the lowest hd res for youtube saves you rendering time but gives u sick qaulity also. pixel aspect ratio to 1 square when rendering, qaulity wise u can render any way or use a codec doesnt really matter. just render as wmv and if ur rendering bit rate do it atleast 5 and set audio to atleast 256kbps as its the highest youtube handles below 1080p
