How much experience with seeing in-game Smolderforge GMs do you have? (opening tickets and speaking with GMs, or seeing how we typically function) : i spoken to alot of GM's. Sometimes i am helping in their hard work. For example: reporting hackers. Also there were the moments when GM's was asking for my opinion
Do you work well with others or like to do your own thing: Well i guess i better work with others, then doing something on my own, but if it's necessary i can go on my own. But before i do something, i will consult with someone
Do you or have you ever played on retail? : Yes, before i came to this server i've played on a server named "PamesWow Server" (2.4.3). As soon as i got lvl 70, the administrator asked me if i would like to try myself as Game Master. He told me he wanted to see me in their team, as long watching me.
I just helped the newcomers adapt to the game. For example: I gave them advice, answer questions on LFG

Why do you think you should be a Game Master on Smolderforge? : Since im one of the most active players on this server and since i know alot about smolderforge's history,life. I'm looking forward to help out alot of people , this is the way i am.

It was on arcemu emulator, worked with trinity for half a year trying to create my own server but I couldn't succeed on that... Then I was a gm on Undamed-wow for a very short time... I didn't like that place. It was somehow too negative.

Why do you think you should be a Game Master on Smolderforge?
Mostly my experience in Customer Service roles. I have been working since I was thirteen years old and every position I've worked has been assisting customers, coworkers, the bosses or even some combination between the three. My most relavent experience would be when I worked at a call center for Sprint/Nextel cellular services, though. My duties were quite similar to what I understand a moderator to be. I assisted customers with things they could sometimes do on their own, but just needed a little guidance and understanding of how to do it. Often it was a technical question, for example a customer would call in to troubleshoot their phone not receiving text messages from certain numbers. Other times it was for something that required more finesse. A lot of times customers would call in upset about either their technical issues, billing issues or service issues. My main priority was to take the caller and ensure they were satisfied by the end of the call, as well as make sure the call went quick enough and making sure you handled yourself professionally, in a courteous manner and and displayed proper empathy for customers from all walks of life. If you've ever worked at a customer service position you'll understand precisely what I mean. I'd say working for that call center was some of the best customer relations experience anyone can get. For these reasons I believe I have the experience and training to make sure players receive the best treatment and quality.
Another quality about myself is that I'm not interested in showboating or looking glamerous. I'm not interested in looking like a 300ft Draenei just because I can, or having all of the extremely rare quality items just because I have to impress people. I've been there and done that, as it were on retail.
Aside from all that, it's also something I'm passionate about. Not moderating, of course, but rather helping people. I'm a people person. I like to see people laugh, smile and have a good time. I feel pretty awkward when I notice someone having issues. That's why when I was on Retail I would queue for instances that I really didn't need, just to help the other people out. I get a sense of accomplishment when I make someone else's life easier. That's why I moderated a few years back, and that's why I'm still interested. That and I hear GM's get access to Free Fudge Friday's, and I do love fudge.

I'd like to apply but i have no experience with the command system, although i think i'd be a great GM. Is it worth applying?

We start all GMs off as moderators, so your knowledge of commands isn't too required.
