How to make character look larger?

Hi there, hows everyone? I was playing some battleground the other day and noticed some people appeared bigger, is it some kind of potion that there using if so where could I obtain the recipe? Thanks for any info, most appreciated.

um there is a engineering trinket and the elixir you are thinking of is elixir of giant growth

There's the Area-52 Engineering trinket that can make you 3x bigger, there's Winterfall Firewater, Elixir of Giants Growth, Berserker BG buff, Shaman's Heroism. Also if you're Horde and you go into the Troll starting zone and do one of the quest chains and talk to the shaman he can give you a buff that makes you larger also. That's all I know.
