Duel's now will reset cooldowns. We realize disabling this in the past really didn't solve anything since players will just run back to the teleporter regardless....
This is mainly for world pvp henhouse in hyjal.
Yes they can simple go back, reset cd's and rush back...but
What if they're outside ur grave? All they do is:
/duel
/cast pom
/accept duel
/decline duel
/cast pyroblast
/cast pom
/cast pyroblast
i dunno just giving my 2 cents.
As well have a Taxi located in the middle of the dueling area as compared to the city entrances.

Yeah we're actually already going to remove it again, I realize it was a mistake yet again due to other reasons such as this. Also it's not helpful for Darkmoon Faire people stacking buffs with it.
Thank you for you input though, I'll remove it from the changelog actually and just go ahead and disable it again.
